Similar to the last time we hired an attorney, this position provides an opportunity for an attorney to grow from a position of (1) handling discovery, drafting motions, preparing complaints, and conducting research under the mentorship of another attorney, to a position of (2) managing cases with little supervision, to a position of (3) leading his or her own team. We need an attorney who possesses the following attributes:

An attorney in this position must be able to handle multiple matters with little supervision and work well with others. We prefer that applicants possess experience in civil litigation.
