We need more talented people. We just moved into our new offices, and remain busy and growing. We need an associate attorney and a law clerk to provide excellent service for our clients. Our firm handles business litigation, corporate matters, construction, employment, real estate, contracts, and many other areas of civil practice. Associate Attorney

We are seeking a hard-working experienced attorney to join our litigation team. The candidate for this position must be able to manage matters with little supervision from the start. Candidates must be able to draft pleadings, propound and respond to discovery, file and respond to motions, prepare for trial, and communicate with opposing counsel and clients. We hope that this person will then grow into a position of where they lead his or her own team. We need an attorney who possesses the following attributes:

  3. Fearless

  5. Reliable

An attorney in this position must be able to handle multiple matters with little supervision and work well with others. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves, learn a lot, and grow their career. Law Clerk

We are looking for a 2L or 3L student to work with us in our litigation and transactional matters. Law clerks with our firm will have the opportunity to learn how to practice in the areas of civil litigation, business formation, contract drafting, intellectual property, and much more. Law clerk candidates must possess the following attributes:

  1. Intelligent
  2. Self-starter
  3. Fearless
  4. Curious
  5. Reliable

In our office, law clerks are considered to be "junior attorneys" and are expected to pull their weight and work hard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to to be ready to practice law when they pass the Bar.
