Monica Quintana

Monica Quintana is a Law Clerk at Krogh & Decker, LLP and a full-time third-year student at McGeorge School of Law, where she is pursuing both Business Law and Tax Law concentrations.

In 2015, Monica earned her bachelor's degree in Government and Public Law from New Mexico State University. She brings nearly a decade of law firm experience to her work, having served in roles ranging from janitor to senior paralegal across solo practices, mid-sized firms in Albuquerque, and one of the largest corporate firms in Los Angeles.

During law school, Monica served as a Certified Law Clerk for the California Department of Water Resources and gained in-house legal experience with a joint powers authority company. She was also recognized with honors for her pro bono work in McGeorge's Immigration Clinic.

Monica's wide-ranging background and deep respect for workers at all levels inform her collaborative and practical approach to the law.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking with her husband and cheering on sports teams alongside their daughter.
