Eli is a partner at Krogh & Decker. The son of two small-business owners, Eli understands the needs and challenges his clients face both inside and outside the courtroom. As a result, Eli embraces the tenet of “putting clients first.”
With a broad background in administrative, construction, eminent domain, environmental, land use, real estate and water law; Eli assists his clientele through all facets of the real estate life cycle. He has strong experience in civil litigation and has succeeded at every stage of the judicial process, including winning bench and jury trials. He genuinely enjoys delving into the details and devising winning legal strategies. Eli has substantial experience with courtroom advocacy and is no stranger to aggressive, fast-paced litigation, which has resulted in him winning numerous multi-million-dollar cases.
Eli also counsels clients in an advisory capacity, providing individuals and businesses with tools they need to ensure their endeavors are on firm legal footing. As a result, he frequently assists clients with corporate and partnership disputes.
Eli is member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court, the Urban Land Institute, North State Builders Industry Association, Sacramento 20/30 Club No. 1, and Operation Protect and Defend.
Eli received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. His undergraduate degree was earned at University of California, Santa Barbara.
