Eli Underwood

Eli joined Krogh & Decker, LLP as an Associate Attorney. The son of two small-business owners, Eli understands the needs and challenges his clients face both inside and outside the courtroom. As a result, Eli embraces the tenet of “putting clients first.”

Prior to working at K&D, Eli was an associate at established firms handling public agency and municipal law, real estate, eminent domain, and business litigation.  Throughout his career he has represented large governmental entities including cities, counties, and water districts, as well as private businesses and individuals.

Eli has a wide background in civil litigation and has been successful in every stage of the legal process, including winning a first-chair jury trial.  He has substantial experience with motion work and is no stranger to aggressive, fast-paced litigation.  He also counsels clients in an advisory capacity, providing individuals and businesses with the tools they need to ensure their endeavors are on a firm legal footing. His practice areas include real estate law, trade secret litigation, employment litigation, administrative law, and business disputes.

Outside of work, Eli enjoys volunteering in the community and exploring the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
