Bryan received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. While attending Santa Clara University School of Law, Bryan represented and advised both individuals and businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center’s Tax Clinic. He also interned abroad in Tokyo, Japan alongside senior attorneys to defend against enforcement of a multi-million-dollar international judgment.
Bryan has been licensed by the California State Bar since 2016. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
