We would like to welcome Mena Arsalai to the K&D team. Mena Arsalai joined the K&D as a Law Clerk in April 2015. However, we really like to think of Mena as an attorney in training. She is going to work on a host of litigation matters as well as transactional items.
Mena received her undergraduate degree in Economics from UC-Davis and is currently pursuing her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During her undergraduate years, Mena served on the board of numerous student organizations and was elected as the Chief Editor of the largest alternative publication at UC-Davis. Before entering law school, Mena worked as a Program Manager at a major biotechnology company, where she helped ensure compliance with federal and international standards. In the course of her professional career, Mena has completed over sixty training courses on topics such as professionalism, management, and cGMP compliance.
As an active student member of the American Bar Association, California Healthcare Attorneys, and Women Lawyers of Sacramento, Mena’s passion for law stems from her desire to help people solve their everyday problems.
Mena lives in Sacramento with her husband and 5 month old son. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, going on hikes, and playing basketball. Her favorite basketball team is the Sacramento Kings.
