We would like to welcome our new law clerk, Shannon McCaffrey to our team. Shannon is a second-year law student at UC Davis School of Law. Shannon spent her first year of law school at Lewis & Clark, Northwestern School of Law, in Portland, Oregon, where she was an evening student and worked full-time at a juvenile dependency law firm during the day. Shannon received her B.A. in Political Science and B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Vermont in 2013.
Shannon’s experience in the legal profession includes experience in asbestos and complex litigation, Title IX compliance, and juvenile defense work. Additionally, Shannon completed a year of service to AmeriCorps coordinating a mentor program for college and career readiness.
Shannon will be working in the areas of litigation, business formation, intellectual property, and contracts. We believe that our clients will enjoy working with Shannon and believe that she will develop into a successful attorney.
